MEXICAN RAILWAY

Mexican Railway team building – think Mexican Wave but you won’t be simply throwing your arms up in the air. Your team will be holding a railway track in the air above their heads and transporting cargo along it.

This Team Building activity is a fantastic example of where teams work together to assemble an intricate railway system. You will then compete against each other in a test of time management, ingenuity and communication.

Using materials like zip ties and plastic rods, teams work together to construct the railway, section by section. After a quick practice run, teams race their trains (ball) to the finish by cooperating and synchronising their movements.

This activity creates an environment where each member works in unison while trying to stay ahead of the competition.

Promotes teamwork, communication skills, leadership and strategy.
