BALLOON LAUNCH
Balloon Launch at The Heart of England - Build your own hot air balloon
In our Balloon Launch Team Building Activity you need to manage your resources effectively to help your team get your balloon launched.
Working together, you will use all of your combined skills in the construction of your very own hot air balloon. There will be supplies available to you for the build. We’ve no doubt it will be the newest addition to the Richard Branson Virgin fleet of adventure. I doubt though that even the man himself would dare to climb aboard your creations. So, let’s just stick to the plan of trying to get your balloon launched or at least getting it off the ground….without kicking it skyward we mean.
Working hard as a team, being creative, methodical and extremely handy are all the tools you will need in bringing this activity to its spectacular finale.
We will all watch in wonder as your hard work takes off …..or doesn’t.
Will your balloon launch be the success of a team working in perfect harmony and fly fly away? Or, will it collapse on the ground in a messy heap as we discover it is only you that is full of hot air?
This activity encourages time management skills, creativity, delegation and working together, is fun, light hearted with a great conclusion.
